Since my mom hasn't posted for over a year. I thought I would
post something on her behalf. First of all she is amazing! She has
climbed many so called "mountains" over the last couple of years.
She has been in so much pain which has resulted in a couple of
surgeries. One being an emergency surgery where they took out
part of her intestines. The other surgery was on her feet.Both
were very hard, yet she still is fighting the battle. Her sweet hubby
almost died with blood clots in his leg and lung. She has supported
him and has taken good care of him. With all that has gone on she
still is a fantastic grandma and a caring mom. I Love her! She
is truly an inspiration of overcoming obstacles while having the love
of God in her heart!

Melinda, you are amazing too! with all you have to do being a single mom while Rick is gone during the week takes a lot of faith, willpower, and never giving up (but you do need to take a breather sometimes)Thanks for taking the time out of your very busy schedule to refresh the blog, it sure needed it .. a lot has gone on since we moved to SLC .. sure has tried our faith, patience and love ...
